Not currently, bookings run Monday to Friday. Andrew’s found that keeping to set hours means he can actually give each job the time it needs, rather than rushing between call-outs. If your problem isn’t urgent, get in touch and he’ll find a time that suits you. If you’re worried it might turn into something bigger overnight, mention that when you call and he’ll help you work out what to do in the meantime.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes. Andrew holds Plumbing Licence 8282 and Backflow Licence 2281, and carries full insurance, so you’re covered on both counts before he even picks up a spanner. Happy to talk through the details if you’d like to see them.

Do you provide compliance certificates for notifiable plumbing work?

Yes. Any notifiable plumbing work comes with a compliance certificate as standard, no need to chase it up afterwards. It’s handed over once the job’s finished, so you’ve got it on file if you ever need it for a sale, an inspection or your own peace of mind.

Can you handle plumbing, gas fitting and hot water in the same visit?
