Do you repair hot water systems, replace them, or both?

Both. When Andrew gets there, he’ll have a proper look at what you’ve already got, talk you through whether it’s worth repairing or if you’re better off replacing it, and give you a price before anything starts. No pressure either way, it’s your call once you know the options.

Rheem, Rinnai, Bosch, Dux, Vulcan and Thermann, across gas, electric and heat pump systems. If you’ve got something outside that list, give him a call anyway, chances are he’s come across it before.

That’s the one exception, Andrew doesn’t install brand new solar systems. If you’ve already got one though, he’s happy to repair it or replace the tank when it eventually gives out.

Honestly, it depends on the system, how old it is and how it’s been performing lately. Rather than guessing over the phone, Andrew checks it properly on-site and talks you through what he’s found, so you’re making the call with the full picture rather than defaulting to a replacement because that’s the easy answer.

Both. For gas, electric and heat pump systems, Andrew can supply and install a brand new unit or repair what you’ve got. Solar is the exception, that’s repairs and tank replacements on the existing setup rather than a new install.

Yes, Andrew’s fully licensed (Gas Licence 13486), so gas hot water installs are covered under the same licence as his general gas fitting work. Nothing extra to worry about there.
